Q. What are the prizes for this promotion?
A. FOUR GRAND PRIZES INCLUDE:

  1. 2020 Rio Carnival in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
    Trip includes: Round trip airfare for two (2), five (5) nights' hotel accommodations, two (2) tickets to the Rio Carnival 2020, gift bag, and $3,500 spending money
  2. St. Patrick's Day in Dublin, Ireland
    Trip includes: Round trip airfare for two (2), five (5) nights' hotel accommodations, secured viewing area of the St. Patrick's Day parade, a gift bag, and $3,400 spending money
  3. Mardi Gras in New Orleans, Louisiana
    Trip includes: Round trip airfare for two (2), four (4) nights' hotel accommodations, secured viewing area of the Mardi Gras parade, gift bag, and $2,200 spending money
  4. New Year's Eve in New York City, New York

Q. How many times can I enter?
A. You may enter once per day.
Q. How many prizes could I win?
A. There is a limit of one of the four Grand Prizes per person.
Q. How will I know if I'm the sweepstakes winner?
A. The drawing date for ALL Grand Prizes is 1/2/20. The winner will be notified via email and/or phone number from the contact information provided upon registration. Please keep a look out, winners have 24 hours to claim their prize. Once the winners are confirmed and prizes are fulfilled, an official win list will be posted. Q. I got a message that I've already entered today, but I haven't.
What should I do?

Q. I think I'm having technical issues. What should I do?
A. Sometimes it's a simple thing like updating your browser. Check to be sure that you have a modern version of Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Safari. Also, you may want to check your browser preferences section to be sure JavaScript is enabled. Clearing your cache and cookies also helps in this instance.
Q. I have recently moved or updated my email address. Can I change my registration information for this promotion?
A. We apologize for any inconvenience, but due to the number of entries we receive in each promotion, we are unable to change registration information. If you do win a prize during the promotional period and your contact information does change, contact customercare@helloworldfulfillment.com and provide your updated information.
